The Nike Zoom SPARQ Trainer Elite is designed for the football player looking doing off-season training but is a great shoe for all athletes looking to gain explosiveness and become quicker laterally.  Especially good for turf work and a solidly designed shoe built to hold-up through strenuous workouts.  This shoe is top quality from Nike and recommended for all serious athletes.  Speed never felt so good.
